The Team Wellington football side is hoping their midfielder Jake Buttler recovers in time for the final against Auckland City in the Fiji Airways OFC Champions League this weekend.

The former Waitakere United player was substituted in the 15th minute of play because of injury.

Buttler will be a key player if Team Wellington is to upset the defending champions.

On the other hand, Auckland City will be without defender Darren White who is still serving his two match suspension after coping a direct red card against Amicale in the pool stages.

The Team Wellington-Auckland City final kicks off at 7pm at the ANZ Stadium in Suva this Sunday.
