Busy October for FNRL

The month of October will be a busy one for the Fiji National Rugby League.

FNRL Acting General Manager, Ilaitia Naqau says apart from hosting the Samoa and Australia Prime Ministers sides for matches against the Vodafone Fiji Bati, the sporting body will prepare an under 20 side to take on a visiting team from Great Britain.

“The United Kingdom under 20 side, they play in the Super League. They also tour the South Pacific, so they will be playing Papua New Guinea and then play us. There will be a Junior Fiji Bati and it will be played on the 31st of October.”

Meanwhile the Fiji Bati side will host Samoa at the ANZ Stadium in Suva on October 17th with the winner to compete in the 2016 Four Nations tournament against New Zealand, Australia and England.
