Brumbies hopes to conitnue its winning run

The Brumbies rugby side hopes to continue with its winning run when they meet Queensland Reds in its second Super Rugby match on Friday.

The side defeated Sunwolves 32-25 in its first game last weekend.

Brumbies fullback Tom Banks says they are aware of the tough matches ahead and knows the Reds could bounce back despite losing 45-19 to Rebels last weekend.

“Its going to be interesting, obviously that first win of ours was massive and that what we have been focusing this whole season. I think this is a really crucial match for us, they will be really wanting to win after that performance.”

In the Super rugby matches this weekend, the Blues will take on the Chiefs at 6.35pm Friday and the Reds will then meet the Brumbies at 9pm.

On Saturday, Sunwolves battles the Rebels at 9pm.

On Sunday, the Sharks will meet Waratahs at 1.05am, Bulls meets Lions at 3.15am while the Hurricanes take on the Jaguares at 9.40am.
