A new winner will be crowned in the Vodafone Cup Top 8 rugby league competition this year.

Defending champions, Saru Dragons were upset by the Nabua Broncos 16-12 in the semi-final yesterday.

The Broncos will face the Sabeto Roosters in the final next weekend, after the latter defeated Burenitu Cowboys 27-8.

Meanwhile, the Coastline Roos will clash with the Navatulevu Herons in the premier grade final next weekend.

The Roos defeated Island Electric West Tigers 24-12 in the semi-final while the Herons edged Namuaniwaqa Sea Eagles 19-18.

Both premier finalists will be promoted to the Top 8 division next season.
