The Vodafone Fiji Under-23 Football side will be preparing for a tour to Brazil prior to the Rio Olympics in August.

This was confirmed by Coach, Frank Farina at the team’s arrival earlier today.

Farina says the team will have two weeks break before marching into camp to prepare.

“We’ll keep preparing and we’ll train in camps but we are expecting a big tour to Brazil as well. And that’s prior to the Olympic Games and then we will go to Brazil again.”

Farina adds the team needs to return to analyze the games they have played to be aware of the areas that needs more work and build up on it before the main competition.

The date of the Brazil tour will be confirmed later this week.
