Brazil Play Fair team to tour Fiji

It will be history in the making for Fiji football as officials gear up to host a two-match tour between our national side and the Brazil Play Fair team in August.

Games have been scheduled at Prince Charles Park in Nadi and Govind Park in Ba and Fiji FA competitions manager, Jainendra Sukhu says the event is a must see for all soccer fans.

“We must see that all our players go see these two matches maybe people who do not have plans for the weekend will be interested to see these matches.”

The visitors, made up of high profile players who have featured in World Cups and National Premier clubs will visit the Pacific for the first time.

Better still, locals will get a chance to attend coaching clinics and community development work conducted by the experts. .

This costly venture involves Edge Management Group partnering up with Fiji Football under an MOU signing next week.

Organisers believe this event will be the envy of other football loving countries around the Pacific who are already eager to visit Fiji in August.
