Stuff.co reports Parker knocked Flores down in the third round with a right hand to the head that was set up on the back of two unquestionably low shots.
Meanwhile, Canelo Alvarez and Rocky Fielding will take on the ring this afternoon in the WBB Super Middleweight World Champion.
Fielding will put his minor version of the WBA world super-middleweight title on the line against the highest-paid fighter in boxing in a contest which shocked the sport.
