NEREO CAKAUTINI ON THE LEFT

Nereo ‘The Terminator’ Cakautini says he has finally got the match in which he could resurrect his boxing career.

Cakautini is preparing to fight middleweight champion Abhay Chand in the South Pacific Boxing Promotions next month.

He says after losing on points to Tomasi Gaunavou in his fight last year, he hopes to put a masterpiece performance in the ring.

“I’m thankful for this opportunity and I’ll try best to make my family and my coach proud. I know I lost my last fight but I won’t let this fight go pass me easily.”

Cakautini has a record of 28 professional fights, won 10 (7KOs), lost 16 (6KOs) and drew twice.

He will fight Abhay Chand on the 9th of next month at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
