NEWTOWN BOXERS AT THE YMCA
The South Pacific Boxing Promotions is expected to be a thriller as it will feature some big names next month.
Promoter Mukesh Chand says their aim is to start the 2019 season on a high with prominent boxers featuring in his promotions.
“First time we’re introducing two title fights under the South Pacific Boxing Promotions and we’re having Welterweight title fight and we also heavy and Light Heavyweight title fight.”
The Light Heavyweight title will see Joseph Kwadjo taking on Savenaca Naliva.
Ratu Rakuro Daunivavana will fight Ronald Naidu in the Welterweight title while the Heavyweight title sees the return of Petero Qica who will rumble Sikeli Navuni.
The South Pacific Boxing Promotions will be staged on the 9th of next month at Nadi’s Prince Charles Park.
