Former boxing champion, Pauliasi Ratu has taken it upon himself to restore Nadera,Suva as a prominent stable for talented fighters.

Ratu currently has eight boxers training in his Highlanders club and over the weekend, they were on the receiving end of some much-needed gear and equipment from local company, Pernix Fiji Limited.

Under Ratu’s guidance, the club has produced some prominent names in local boxing such as Vitori Natawake, Joe Naleca and Opeti Tagi and Jese Ravudi.

The Highlanders Club is determined to use the timely donation to good effect and Ratu is sure the boxers can reach new heights in the years to come.
