The Labasa football side will be laced with a number of big names for the TISI Sangam Convention, which starts in Suva on Friday.

Seasoned Labasa district reps like Edwin Shayam, Kushal Naicker and Krishneel Krishna will be part of the Sangam side.

The side is pooled with Rifle Range, Lomolomo and Vatiyaka. The team takes on last year’s runners up, Rifle Range in its first match at 2.20pm at Buckhurst Park on Friday.

The Sangam football tournament gets underway at 12pm on Friday with defending champions Suva taking on rivals Ba.
