Team Coach Saula Koroi says the experience of the three helped Fiji beat two champion sides in pool play.
Koroi says they have to make tough decisions leading up to the Pacific Games.

“We have been studying PNG for the last two days, and our pool wasn’t an easy pool. There were two champion teams in our pool. Our mission is to play well against them. We have a bunch of boys who are committed to this team. What we are doing here is not only for us but for the people back at home.”

Fiji defeated Papua New Guinea yesterday 78-58 and is expected to meet New Caledonia in the semifinal on Tuesday.
