Former Flying Fijians utility back Seremaia Bai has been appointed the coach for the Nasinu Rugby team.

Bai who has bulk of experience in rugby hopes to lift the team which revived last year.

The fifty-three cap former Flying Fijians veteran says he has a lot of plans for the union.

“We just trying to compete at the level and have plans for long term development.
I’m trying to build that foundation of fitness which is very important taking into the account the long season ahead.”

The Nasinu Rugby Union will begin its season with a sevens tournament next month at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
