After almost a month away half way around the world, the Fiji Under 20 rugby team have finally returned.

Not as eager as when they first left for South Africa, they arrived in Nadi today and were greeted by friendly faces.

Coach, Sale Sorovaki says while disappointed for dropping five places in the IRB rankings, they were satisfied to remain in Tier One of the Junior World Championship.

“To try to mentally gear up the boys for that last game was quite hard and we had to play for our existence within the tournament and I take my hats off to the players.”

Overall, the Baby Flying Fijians managed two wins in five matches, the most important against Italy to remain in the top 11.
