Baby Flying Fijians just want to play

The Vodafone Fiji under 20 side is aiming for a top eight finish in the Junior World Championships in New Zealand next month.

Coach Salimoni Ravouvou says since day one of preparations, the focus has been on how to better the 11th place finish from the last two competitions.

“We just want to do better. Up the rankings and see where we stand. The boys just want to get out there on the field."

The Inoke Tabualevu-captained side broke camp this afternoon and will march back in at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Nabua next Tuesday.

Fiji’s opening pool game is against Wales on June 2nd.
