June 8, 2018 12:02 am

Fiji Airways men’s 7s forward Mesulame Kunavula, winger Alasio Naduva and Samisoni Viriviri are set to be included in the 13-member team for the Paris tournament. Starting tomorrow in France.

Coach Gareth Baber, says these players will bring a different style of rugby to the team and hinting that those who missed the London 7s have a high chance of being included in the team.

“Apenisa {Cakaubalavu} has developed well and he is playing well too. Obviously Mesulame {Kunavula} is had got a lot of experience in the sevens environment. Samisoni {Viriviri} is a rover, something that I introduced in Hong Kong to ensure that we have that position locked up. Alasio {Naduva} is someone who has been exceptional for us all season. I made my decision based on if I need to go against them in that tournament and I will do something similar this weekend. You can bet that two or three of names will be in the team.”
