January 9, 2018 11:15 pm

Three Canadians have joined the Ba football team for the OFC Champions League and are still waiting for clearance from their clubs to participate in the Vodafone Premier League.

Troy Watson, Nathan Brown and Amal Singh will be part of the Men in Black.
Ba team manager Arvind Singh says they are waiting for the transfer clearance of the players to play in the Premier League before the team flies out to Vanuatu.

“We have included three new players from Canada and they are really good, one is a defender, Mid-fielder and a striker and they will be part of the team to the O-League and hopefully for the Vodafone Premier League.”

Meanwhile the Ba side opens its VPL campaign against Nadi, 3pm at Prince Charles Park on Sunday.
