The town of Ba is expected to be painted black as its football team celebrates the Courts Inter Districts Championships victory this Saturday.
The Ba Town Council, Ba Chamber of Commerce and the Ba Football Association have organized a march from the BA Civic Centre at 1pm that will march through the main town, via Nukudrala sub division to the Ba market grounds.
The official program starts at 1.30pm at the Ba Town Council Bure Arena.
The chief guest at the event will be the Minister for Youth and Sports Laisenia Tuitubou who will handover cash prizes and gift hampers to the players for the victory.
Ba defeated Nadi 2-nil in the final of the IDC at Govind Park two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the Ba FA will also be launching a book celebrating 80 years of football in the district.
