Meanwhile, Westwood boxing promoter Praneel Dass says both fighters have the calibre of becoming a world champion.

“His got a good name in Australia, lately he fought Manny Pacquiao’s cousin and he is well respected in Australia so it will be a battle between the two fighters as they fight for the title.”

Dames is ranked 7th of 28 fighters in his category in Australia and the Singh is ranked number one in Fiji.

The boxing program will be held at the Novotel hotel in Lami on the 2nd of next month.
