Gold medalists talk about Pac Games

Pacific Sprint King Banuve Tabakaucoro says it has been a very tough week for him.
Tabakaucoro did wonders at this years Pacific Games, proving to the world that banz is back.
The young man from Bau says he is glad to be back home.
“I have finally completed the triple-double and the first person in Fiji to do it. So I am pretty happy about that. Right now I am just going to enjoy the moment. Relax with the wife and kids, and just take time out, I don’t want to be on the tracks anytime soon.”
Meanwhile, Mustafa Fall who bagged Gold in the Men’s Shot Put competition and also broke the national record while doing so says it was not easy.
“It was hard, you know I went through a lot of hardships building up to this game. It was hard to carry out this task without a coach. When it comes to throws its all about technique and when you don’t have the extra eyes, nothing works. So I had to play the role of Coach and athlete. It is a big accomplishment in my career. Yeah, the overall experience was great.”
Fall broke his own national record of 17.52 meters at the Pacific Games.
His new record is 17.75 meters.
