Tickets to the Coca-cola Games have been sold out around the country with less than a week to go before the Fiji finals kick-off.

Coca-Cola Amatil marketing manager Lawrence Tikaram says this is the result of the continuous growth of the event.

It’s estimated more than three-thousand athletes will participate in the biggest Secondary school meet in the Pacific this year, the Coca-Cola Games.

“We want to advise all the fans and participants to get ready for the biggest show ever, the Coca-cola games at the ANZ Stadium. We’re expecting more than three thousand athletes to compete over two to three days and of course, bring the very best of their participation and their buildup of the event from three months ago.”

With the three day tournament set to kick-off, next Tuesday Tikaram says schools are slowly building up excitement for the Fiji finals.

“I want to thank the Old Boys and Old Girls associations, teachers, parents, and principals of various school in helping shape up the event to a success.”

Meanwhile, Burger King General Manager Akash Narsey today handed over a cheque of $5000 to the Coca-Cola Games administrators at the Burger King Nakasi branch.

“It’s also important to know that there are currently no more tickets are available on sales so Burger King might be the only option at the moment.”

The Coca-cola Games kick off next Tuesday at ANZ Stadium in Suva.
