Army ready to maintain unbeaten run

The Army cricket side will not back down as they trying to maintain their unbeaten run in the 2017 Sukuna Bowl Cricket challenge.

The Nabua-based side defended the title after a two-run win over Police last year.

Team Manager, Inoke Luveni says they are up to par with their preparations and are counting down hours before the battle on the field on Wednesday.

“We’re confident and we’ve been preparing well and we got all our players that we needed here the players from the RFMF and also RF Soldiers and TF soldiers and I can say we’re better prepared now compared to last year.”

The side will also be fielded with five Fiji reps which is Kida Tikoivanualevu, Makutu Seru, Noa Cawei, Tukana Tavo and Viliame Manaveitogo.
