The Vodafone Arena in Suva will be closed from January to October next year.

The Fiji sports Council facility was built in 2003 and seats up to 3000 patrons in the grandstand and 2000 at ground level.

The January to October closure may result in the postponement or cancellation of some annual events.

More international events are expected to be hosted after the renovation works are completed in October next year.
