Ana Kaloucava sets new record in Hurdles

Former Coca Cola Games 400 meters champion Ana Kaloucava set a new women’s 400 meters Hurdles record today.
Kaloucava was emotional after winning the silver medal in the event at the Pacific Games in Samoa today.
Trying so hard to fight back the tears today as Ana Kaloucava looks back at her journey leading up to the Pacific Games but it’s the family that stands by her all throughout.
” I thank my family for always being there, I know they are at home praying and supporting me all the way. I am thankful for that.
The former Adi Cakobau School Head Girl set a new national record with a time of 61.01 seconds slashing the old record of 62.42 seconds.
She says this is not the end of her journey and she plans to make it to the Olympics one day.
