Suva City will witness an all day affair of celebrations starting as early as nine o’clock on Saturday morning with the Suva Soccer fraternity.

Suva soccer president, Mahen Prasad says celebrations will be huge at Sukuna Park and Civic Centre.

He adds the chief guest on the night will be Attorney General, Aiyaz Saiyed Khaiyum.

“We’ll start from 9am with celebrations held at Sukuna Park with ferris-wheel and entertainment before the march and float procession with the Fiji Police Band starts. Fiji FA vice president Sheik Imbrahim opening speech followed by meeting with players, autographs and entertainment before moving to Civic Centre at 7pm for the main celebrations with Attorney General Aiyaz Saiyed Khaiyum who will be the chief guest and present gifts to players followed by a cocktail."

Prasad adds tremendous support continues to pour in from business houses as supporters from afar have already confirmed their attendance for the full day event.
