AFL Fiji hopes to end two-year drought

The AFL Fiji under 15 team can end their two year drought and if they win the 2017 Oceania Cup which kicks off next month.

Coach Simon Highfield says they are doing all the hard-yard training to reclaim what they have lost in the last two years.

“Fiji team has been training really well and the management has been underway and we’ve been receiving good support as we prepare for next month. We coming in to this year’s competition to win the title.”

Fiji went down 27-22 to Nauru in last year’s final.

The Oceania Cup will be held at Suva’s Albert Park next month.
