Adamson holds rugby league clinic at Nasinu Secondary

Former Melbourne Stormers rugby league team coach and Penrith Panthers assistant coach Mathew Adamson was part of the Nasinu Secondary school Rugby League clinic that was held at the school today.

Adamson held a clinic for the under 15, 17, 19 team for Nasinu and supplied sporting gears for the school as part of his support towards the growth of rugby league.

Adamson says, majority of the excitement in the National Rugby League matches is the performances of Fijian players that are participating.

“That’s something that has always excited me with young Fijian rugby league and union player is that they are fast and strong and they have all the fundamentals of being a great player.”

The 46 year old mentored Fiji Bati player Suliasi Vunivalu and former Stormers flyer Marika Koroibete during his coaching career.
