Fiji 7s stars, Osea Kolinisau and Emosi Mulevoro have signed on to be ambassadors for the Fiji International golf championship in Sigatoka next month.
The duo will be holding public appearances during the tournament week as well competing in the Ambrose event.
Fiji Rugby Union CEO, Radrodro Tabualevu says the local body is happy to help lift the profile of the prestigious event in the country.
“We are excited about being part of this endeavor to grow the sport in Fiji. We are mindful also of the international reach this will bring to Fiji Rugby Union. That is in keeping with our own aspirations because we want to get out there to the rest of the world where rugby is not played at.”
The Fiji International will field over 130 professional players from around the world at the pristine Natadola Bay Championship course in Sigatoka on October 15th-18th.
