The Suva football side received a major boost today for next month’s Pacific Cup in New Zealand.

Logistic company, CFR Line Group gave the whites $7000 for expenses at the event.

Suva Football President Mahen Prasad acknowledged the company for the initiative.

“I would like to thank CFR Line of Groups for supporting Suva football for this Pacific Cup so Suva will be known as CFR Suva for this Pacific Cup.”

The capital city side along with Nadi, Rewa and Lautoka will represent the country at the annual meet.

The tournament is scheduled from November 18-22 in Auckland.
