28 teams to take part in FSSF Championship

A total of 28 teams will feature in this year’s Fiji Secondary School Football Championship.
These will include Under 19, 17 and 15 divisions.
Fiji Football today together with Vodafone Fiji donated a sponsorship of $25,000 in the development of football to the Fiji Secondary School.
Fiji Football Association Vice President Yogeswar Singh says over the years, secondary schools football has played a vital role in the country.
“A lot of star footballers have emerged from participating in the secondary school football, example our own hero Roy Krishna who was scouted by the Fiji Football official in the Secondary schools IDC competition”.
Fiji Secondary Football Association President Aminesh Prasad says they are confident that through their financial boost and training will help further mold young blood into stars of tomorrow.
