2018 BOG to be excited: Singh

Fiji Football Association acting president Yogeshwar Singh says the INKK Mobile Battle of the Giants have been growing bigger and better every year since its inception in 1978.

Singh says they are expecting another exciting and a crucial three day of football fiesta.

“The INKK Mobile BOG has grown from a one of fundraiser into an integral and successful part of Fiji Football. “Winning is very important for the district teams because they get points so that they can also qualify for the Pacific Cup which this year will be held in Sydney, Australia in November.”

The tournament’s group stages will be played at Churchill Park in Lautoka on the 20th to the 23rd of next month while the semi-finals and finals will be determined later.

The winner will receive $15,000 prize money, while the runner-up gets $4000 and the two semi-finalists get $1000 each.
