Fiji Airways men’s sevens coach Gareth Baber is currently training 14 players as he begins to map out his plans for the 2018/19 World Rugby Sevens series.
Baber says the squad includes new players and also those who were part of the extended team last season.

“It includes those who were contracted last year and one or two others that featured last year and then came through. So I think obviously when you talk about the numbers of coaches you have and the numbers of players and making sure you are effective as possible as a coach as we work around 18 players in the squad.”

Baber is expecting to rope in few more players in the extended squad before they begin proper with the training for next week.
