Despite of facing financial problems, the Tailevu Athletics Association is eager to compete at the Central Chow Game, this week.

Team Coach, Lasarusa Senibale says nothing will stop their young athletes from show casing their talents at the tournament against the other teams.

The association is fielding 125 athletes from the eleven schools in the area of Tailevu.

The Central Chow Games will be held at the ANZ Stadium on Friday, starting with the Under 9 Girls Long Jump at 8.30am.
