Yadua Bay Fiji to construct eight new villas

Yadua Bay Fiji will be constructing eight new villas to cater for the growing demand in the tourism industry.

Owners, Hexagon Group of Hotel, Chair, Hafizud Dean Khan says eventually there will be a total of twenty villas.

Khan says the first eight will be constructed by Audie Building Industry of Indonesia.

He adds the remaining twelve lots will be sold to private individuals who wish to build their own villas.

“The market value of these villas will be close to six million dollars in the first stage. We also have a lot of interest, as we have eighty individual lots and some have already been bought by individual buyers and is being processed.”

The villas are expected to employ close to fifty staff once completed.

The predicted opening date for the villas and hotel is mid-April.
