In an effort to empower women at various work places, the Emerging Leaders Forum Alumni organized a Career’s Workshop.
The working women could share their experiences in this workshop.

The workshop was held as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence.

It focused on women’s representation in male-dominated fields of work.

In collaboration with the Fiji Women’s Rights Movement the workshop is also aimed at building towards meaningful cross-generational leadership to continue in practising and promoting equal leadership.
