The Pacific Building Solution is currently working on constructing a luxurious apartment in Lami.
Pacific Building Solution Public Relations Manager, Atalaite Cama says the new Qeleya Point Apartment development is expected to begin in the first quarter of next year.
“The one that we have that is also currently live is the proposed Qeleya Point Apartment, also a joint venture between Hari Punja and Sons and Pacific Building Solutions, that is a 4 level 20 apartment block that are pre-sales mode. We have about 20 apartments and despite being in the market for only about 8 weeks, we have 7 left to sell.”
The development offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with the price ranging from six hundred thousand dollars to $1.3m.
The project is expected to be complete in the next 18 months.
