The post mortem of a 47-year-old woman, who was found dead in a Suva guest house, has been conducted.

The findings are consistent to injuries sustained as a result of murder.

Police are again pleading with members of the public to help them locate the 57-year-old suspect who has been on the run since the incident took place last week.

Information gathered still places 57-year-old Anil Dutt in Lautoka.

Meanwhile, the post mortem of the woman whose body was found on a vacant piece of land in Nadi by a security officer yesterday is expected to be conducted tomorrow.

The case is yet to be classified as investigators await the post mortem results.

In the meantime investigators are continuing with their normal line of investigations and talking to family members as she was last reported missing on Monday 14th December, 2015.

In a separate incident, the post mortem of the 50-year-old man who was allegedly murdered in Samabula yesterday has been completed.

However findings cannot be revealed as investigations are continuing.

Police say the investigators will be going through the post mortem report of the victim.

The 30 year old suspect remains in custody.
