Minister for Women Mereseini Vuniwaqa has called for a relook at the way children are being taken care of.

Speaking at the closing of Early Childhood Education Week in Sigatoka, Vuniwaqa says more vigilance is necessary when monitoring children’s activities and whereabouts.

Vuniwaqa says parents need to be wary of the people they entrust their children with.

ECE Week was marked around the country by kindergartens and pre-schools and supported by the Government as a critical beginning to formal education.
