Water supply to residents of Nadi and Lautoka is now fully restored.

This follows the successful completion of the installation during the water shutdown at the Nagado Water Treatment Plant over the weekend.

Water Authority Board Director, Kamal Gounder thanked residents of Nadi and Lautoka for taking heed of the notices and storing sufficient amounts of water.

Goundar says as of 8pm Tuesday supply to the whole of Nadi and Lautoka were fully restored with normal water pressures.

He says with proper planning and coordination, WAF was able to conduct the installations and other important repairs at the Treatment Plant.
