Water restoration works continue

Water and sewerage services restoration works continue around the country.
In Sigatoka, water supply has normalised and sewer services has reached 100 per cent restoration.

In Nadi, coverage performance remains at 83 per cent as some areas still experience intermittent supply.

In Lautoka, supply restoration has reached 85 per cent. Water carting will continue to affected areas today.

For Ba, coverage remains at 80 per cent. Four water trucks are serving the still affected areas and evacuation centres.

Water supply has been fully restored in Rakiraki.

In Tavua, supply coverage remains at 75 per cent. Water restoration works are continuing today. Water trucks are serving the still affected areas.

For the Suva to Nausori corridor, there is 90 per cent water coverage restoration. Two water trucks are serving the affected areas.

For Deuba and Navua – 95 per cent water coverage restoration and operation gradually normalising.

For Korovou, RKS and QVS – 80 per cent water coverage restoration despite there is no power supply.

For Levuka and the North division, all services are now back to normal.
For the maritime region, WAF 6 personnel will be visiting yasawa today with equipments.
