The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) is advising its customers living on Denarau Island that water supply is currently being disrupted.

Affected Areas include, Denarau Island, Maqalevu and Nakuilau.

The interruption in supply is due to repair works on a burst main along Queens Road.

The Authority is requesting all its customers residing in these areas to store and use water wisely.

Water carts are on standby to service the affected areas as and when the need arises.

Normal water supply is expected to gradually be restored by 6pm this evening
