Wainibuku subdivision to develop 261 residential lots

261 residential lots are expected to be developed in the Wainibuku subdivision.

Housing Authority Chief Executive Officer Alipate Naiorosui says the lots will be targeted at affordable, middle and high income families.

The Wainibuku mixed development project will also have one lot redesigned for religious purposes and one commercial lot.

The new subdivision which is located on 41 acres of crown lease land will be developed in 3 phases.

The site will be handed over to B W Holdings Limited – a locally owned company – by next week to begin the development work.

The subdivision is expected to take approximately 15 months to yield the total amount of lots with the first 100 lots expected to be delivered by July next year.

The lots will range from 400 to 1000 square metres and is expected to begin selling at approximately $20,000 depending on each lots size and location.
