he Water Authority of Fiji will soon be undertaking consultations with agencies including the Commerce Commission on the imposing of waste water discharge fees.

WAF Acting CEO petaia Ravai says fees on industry waste should be charged in response to the WAF promulgation 2007 in which services should be paid for where it is provided.

He says WAF will first obtain Commission’s endorsement on the initiative before move ahead with the process.
