Renowned local musician, Laisa Vulakoro, will be called before the Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili in the next court sitting.

Vulakoro is charged with drunk and driving appeared in court yesterday but was excused because the presiding Magistrate knew the accused.

It is alleged that Vulakoro was driving under the influence along Macgregor Road in Suva, over the weekend.

Her case will be recalled on the 22nd of next month.
