Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem has reiterated that once the writ of elections is announced, Fijians will not be able to get registered or change their details.
Saneem says they have 41 hotspot centers for the public where they can go and take advantage of the registration services.
He says currently 4366 people have made use of this.
“If you are already registered it is imperative that you check your details now. You will note that we have had one five zero zero platform for voters to check their details opened since February this year.”
Meanwhile, Saneem says over fifty-five thousand voters have utilized the platform.
He says currently there are 630,000 voters who are registered and they need to check their details before the writ is announced.
