Human Resource Manager, Ranju Kumar says the organization has well-defined strategies to help employees develop innovative ways of providing services.

“The company believes that our staff really work hard and they give us their commitment, they give us their dedication and what we have done is we have introduced the Group Staff Term Life Insurance Cover, what this basically means is that our staff is covered for their life insurance.”

The insurance is applicable to all full time insurance-employees who have completed one year of employment with the company.
