Victoria Wines seals tenancy deal with Damodar

With just months remaining for the opening of the state of the art Damodar City Complex, Victoria Wines has become one of the first companies to seal a tenancy agreement.

Managing Director Liam Hindle says the company will occupy three retail spaces and will provide a range of services which will include a restaurant and a modern wine shop.

“We see this as a very promising development, highest quality development, it’s in the suburbs and parking is a problems when doing business, it will also draw a lot of prime residential areas where our customers will come from.”

Meanwhile Centre Manager Carmelita Price says they will be ready to open doors for the public in late November.

“You just take your family down there, you can also park there for free, supermarkets – bread shop, cinemas and many other varieties available and it’s the place where your family want to be.”

The new complex will have four screen cinemas, a supermarket, department store, food court, variety shops, professional offices, restaurants, children’s play centre and a large outdoor parking area.
