The 25-year-old man who allegedly caused the death of a 30-year-old woman following an accident in Valelevu, Nasinu over the weekend has been charged this afternoon.
He has been charged with one count of aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death, drunk driving and two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
He will be produced at the Nasinu Magistrates Court tomorrow.

It’s alleged the accused lost control of the vehicle and hit three pedestrians at Kanace road in Valelevu on Sunday.
The victims were rushed to the hospital where the 30-year-old woman was pronounced dead.
Two other victims remain admitted at the hospital.
