Suva lawyer Aseri Vakaloloma and Benjamin Padarath appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili, this morning.

The two men are charged with one count each of forgery.

Prosecution informed the Court the Appeal by the Defense to the High Court has been dismissed and provided the order by Justice Temo.

The Defense had earlier filed an appeal to the High Court on a ruling given by the Chief Magistrate about the issue of privilege.

The matter has been adjourned to the 29th, to fix a date for continuation of hearing by the Defense.
