Bureau of Statistics Senior Statistician Emali Soderberg says that they have been receiving complaints about the enumeration process.

Soderberg says that people are saying that the enumeration process for their households was not done according to their expectations.

She says that these households should call their helpline on 5151 if they feel that they have not been enumerated well.

Soderberg adds that when people call their helpline, they will be required to give their details and their location so that they can re-enumerate the household.

She reiterates that everyone matters and that they want to count them, and at the same time not compromise the census process.
